Otero Solar PV Park, Spain

Otero Solar PV Park is a 505MW solar PV power project. It is planned in Castile and León, Spain. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2023 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2024.

The project is being developed and currently owned by Iberdrola.

Otero Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 290,000 households, to offset 182,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $266.282m.
