Description

The project was developed by Consolidated Edison Development. The project is co-owned by Consolidated Edison Development and Renewable Energy Trust Capital, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Panoche Valley Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 32,500 households. The project cost is $303.181m.

The project got commissioned in January 2018.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Southern California Edison under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2018. The contracted capacity is 140MW.

Contractors Involved

AMEC Foster Wheeler E&C Services was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

Consolidated Edison Development is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
