The project is developed and owned by Gia Lai Electricity.
Phong Dien Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 45 hectares.
The project generates 61GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 32,628 households, offsetting 20,503t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $42.9m.
The project consists of 145,560 modules.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in October 2018.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Vietnam Electricity under a power purchase agreement.
