Description

The project was developed by ESJ Renovable II, Prodiel Proyectos de Instalaciones Electricas and Trina Solar. The project is currently owned by Infraestructura Energetica Nova SAB de CV with a stake of 100%.

Pima Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 362 hectares.

The project generates 293GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 147,000 households, offsetting 195,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $115m.

The project consists of 443,077 modules.

Development Status

The project construction commenced in 2018 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 2019.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Deacero under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 110MW.

Contractors Involved

ESJ Renovable II was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

ESJ Renovable II is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
