It is a Gas Turbine with Cogen power plant that is used for Baseload.

Contractors Involved
Downer EDI Engineering was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Mitsubishi Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of M701DA – 50Hz gas turbines, each with 140MW nameplate capacity.
Mitsubishi Power supplied electric generator for the project.
Alcoa World Alumina Australia is the O&M contractor for thermal power project.
