Description
The project is currently owned by Empresas Publicas De Medellin.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 170 million cubic meter. The project generated 3,416.4 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $1,330m.

Contractors Involved
IMPSA was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines.
Toshiba Energy Systems and Solutions supplied 4 electric generators for the project. The generator capacity is 218 MVA.
IMPSA International is the O&M contractor for the hydro power project.
