Description
The project is being developed by Sermsang Power, ST International and Truong Thanh Tra Vinh Wind Power. Climate Investor One, Sermsang Power, ST International, Truong Thanh Tra Vinh Wind Power and Woojin Construction are currently owning the project.
The project cost is expected to be around $367.6m.
RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant (RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant II) consists of 48 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2020. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by December 2021.
Contractors involved
Vestas Wind Systems is expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant (RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant I).
RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant (RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant I) will be equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V150-4.2 MW turbines. The phase consists of 12 turbines with 4MW nameplate capacity.
Vestas Wind Systems is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant (RoK-Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant I) for a period of 10 years.
