Power Purchase Agreement

Avista, Eugene Water & Electric Board, PacifiCorp, Portland General Electric, Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Puget Sound Energy, Seattle City Light and Tacoma Water are the power offtakers from the project.
