Description

The project is developed and owned by Datang Gansu Bailongjiang Power Generation. The company has a stake of 100%.

Qilinsi is a reservoir based project. The project generated 447.7 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $112.3m.

The hydro power project consists of 3 turbines, each with 37MW nameplate capacity.

The project has 3 electric generators installed at the site. The generator capacity is 43.52 MVA.

Development Status

The project construction commenced in 2005 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 2008.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Corporation of China under a power purchase agreement.
