The project was developed by RPMA Wind Development and is currently owned by Greenbacker Renewable Energy with a stake of 100%.

Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 20 units of N100 (2.5 MW) turbines, each with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.
