The project is currently owned by Cemig Geracao e Transmissao with a stake of 100%.
The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 2 in number.
The project has 2 electric generators installed at the site.
