Ross River Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 202 hectares.
The project generates 250GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 54,000 households, offsetting 230,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Development status
The project construction commenced in 2017 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in December 2018.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to EnergyAustralia under a power purchase agreement for a period of 13 years from 2018. The contracted capacity is 92.8MW.
