The project is being developed and currently owned by RS Projet 38 SASAU. The company has a stake of 100%.
RS47 Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 15.5 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 16,020MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 18,000 households. The project is expected to offset 15,600t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $9.716m.
The solar power project consists of 26,520 modules.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.
