Description
The project is developed by Comision Federal de Electricidad and Petroleos Mexicanos. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Manzanillo Regasification Terminal.
The project cost is $319.95m.
