Description
The project is developed and owned by Se San 4A Hydropower Joint Stock.
The gross head and net head of the project are 17.7m and 12.2m respectively. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 3 in number. The penstock length is 41.72m. The project generated 314.8 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $61.65m.

Contractors Involved
Anhui Anmec Import & Export was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 3 turbines, each with 21.65MW nameplate capacity.
Anhui Anmec Import & Export supplied 21 electric generators for the project. The generator capacity is 3 MVA.
