Description

The project is currently owned by JR-East Energy Development.

The hydro reservoir capacity is 1.065 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 53.94m. Senju underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1945,1954.

The hydro power project consists of 5 turbines, each with 36.5MW nameplate capacity.

The project has 5 electric generators installed at the site. The generator capacity is 37 MVA.
