The project is currently owned by China Resources Power Holdings with a stake of 36%.
It is a steam turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Inner Mongolia.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to China Southern Power Grid under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
GE Power and Slipform Engineering were selected to render EPC services for the coal fired power project.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project. The company supplied Single reheat, Tandem Compound Steam Turbine model steam turbines for the project.
GE Power supplied Hydrogen/Water-cooled Generator electric generator for the project.
ABB Combustion Engineering supplied steam boiler for the project.
