The project is currently owned by Shenhua Shendong Power.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Shangwan Mine.

Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute was selected to render EPC services for the coal fired power project.
