The project is developed and owned by Pinglu Kaidi New Energy Development.

The project generates 99,141MWh electricity thereby offsetting 92,293t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Shanxi Pinglu Yuncheng Zhangdian Fengkou Zhongtiao (Shanxi Pinglu Yuncheng Zhangdian Fengkou Zhongtiao I) is equipped with Wuhan Guoce Nordic New Energy GCN1000 turbines. The phase consists of 10 turbines with 1MW nameplate capacity.

Shanxi Pinglu Yuncheng Zhangdian Fengkou Zhongtiao (Shanxi Pinglu Yuncheng Zhangdian Fengkou Zhongtiao II) is equipped with Dongfang Electric FD82A turbines. The phase consists of 26 turbines with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
