Description

The project is developed and owned by Voltas Yellow.

Solitude Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 33 hectares.

The project generates 29,130MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 6,000 households, offsetting 28,882t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Development status

The project got commissioned in February 2019.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Central Electricity Board under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2019. The contracted capacity is 15MW.

Contractors involved

GreenYellow was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

China Sunergy was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 59,376 modules each with 275W of nameplate capacity.

Ingeteam Corporacion supplied 11 of its Ingecon Sun 1220TL inverters to the project site.
