Description

The project was developed by SunEdison, Tri Global Energy and Westerly Wind. The project is currently owned by Novatus Energy with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 1,200GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 90,000 households, offsetting 907,184.74t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $546.777m.

The project has 91.5m high towers.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in 2016.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to HP under a power purchase agreement for a period of 12 years. The contracted capacity is 112MW.

Contractors Involved

M. A. Mortenson was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 91 units of V117-3.3 MW – IEC IIA turbines, each with 3.3MW nameplate capacity.
