The project was developed by China Power Investment and is currently owned by State Power Investment.

SPIC Hei Longjiang Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,334 hectares.

The project cost is $471.25m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in December 2019.

Contractors Involved

Shenzhen Kstar Science and Technology supplied 200 inverters to the project site.
