The power generated from the project is sold to Southern California Edison under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years, starting from 2014.

Swinerton Renewable Energy was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

JinkoSolar Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 11,500 modules each with 305W of nameplate capacity.
