Description
The project was developed by Solar Star Arizona XIII and is currently owned by SunPower.
SunPower Cochise Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 150 acres.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 2,800 households. The project cost is $41.351m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in December 2016.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
Contractors Involved
SunPower was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
SunPower was selected as the supplier of PV modules for the project.
The inverters were procured from SunPower for the project.
The mounting systems have been supplied by SunPower for the project.
