Tiligulska Wind Farm is a 498MW onshore wind power project. It is planned in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in multiple phases. The project construction is likely to commence in 2021 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2022.

Description

The project is being developed by DTEK and is currently owned by DTEK Renewables BV.

The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 504,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The Tiligulska Wind Farm (Tiligulska Wind Farm-II), will have 125m high towers.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2021. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2022.

Contractors Involved

Vestas Wind Systems will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 83 units of V162-6.0 MW turbines, each with 6MW nameplate capacity.

Vestas Wind Systems is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the Tiligulska Wind Farm (Tiligulska Wind Farm-I) for a period of 20 years.

Vestas Wind Systems is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the Tiligulska Wind Farm (Tiligulska Wind Farm-II) for a period of 20 years.
