The project is currently owned by Huaneng Power International with a stake of 95%.
It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from West-East Gas Transport Project.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Zhejiang Provincial Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of GT13E2 gas turbines.
