Description
The project was developed by Frontera Renovable S de RL de CV and Heolios EnTG SAPI de CV. The project is co-owned by Engie and Tokyo Gas, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project cost is $182.548m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Comision Federal de Electricidad under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years. The contracted capacity is 100.8MW.
Contractors Involved
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 24 units of V150-4.2 MW turbines, each with 4.2MW nameplate capacity.
Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 25 years.
