TSSPDCL First Solar Power India Pvt. Ltd. Solar PV Park - 1 is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 71.9 acres.
The project generates 30.17GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 26,500 households, offsetting 24,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Development status
The project got commissioned in July 2016.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Telangana State Southern Power Distribution under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.099kWh for a period of 25 years.
