The project was developed by Heelstone Renewable Energy and Saturn Power. The project is currently owned by US Solar Fund with a stake of 100%.

Tumbleweed Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 87 acres.

The power generated from the project is sold to PacifiCorp under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

Seraphim Energy was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 43,358 modules each with 320W of nameplate capacity.

Sungrow-Samsung SDI Energy Storage Power Supply supplied 165 of its SG60KE inverters to the project site.
