The project is developed and owned by MMC Norilsk Nickel.
The net head of the project is 45.8m. Ust-Khantaiskaya (Rehabilitated Unit (unit 7)) underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2021.Ust-Khantaiskaya (Rehabilitated Units(1- 6)) underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2015-2020.Ust-Khantaiskaya underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2015-2021.

Contractors Involved
CKD Blansko Holding was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The project consists of 7 units of Francis turbines, each with 73MW nameplate capacity.
NPO Elsib supplied 1 electric generator for the Ust-Khantaiskaya (Rehabilitated Unit (unit 7)). The generator capacity is 74.12 MVA.
