Salus Fundo de Investimento em Participacoes Mult and Ventos de Sao Januario Energias Renovaveis are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 99.99% and 0.01% respectively.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Vale under a power purchase agreement for a period of 23 years.
