The project is currently owned by Turlock Irrigation District with a stake of 100%.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Pacific Gas & Electric.

The project generated 1,317,956MWh of electricity. The project cost is $200m.
