Description
The project is co-owned by Alcoa Power Generating and Vectren Utility Holdings, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from SIGECO, Friendsville Mine.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in October 1970.
