The project was developed by White Creek Wind I. Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Klickitat Public Utility District, Lakeview Light & Power and Tanner Electric Cooperative are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 46%, 26%, 26% and 2% respectively.

The project generates 595,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 38,000 households.

Power purchase agreement

Klickitat Public Utility District, Lakeview Light & Power, Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County and Tanner Electric Cooperative are the power offtakers from the project.

Contractors involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 89 units of SWT-2.3-93 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2014, for a period of 15 years.
