The project is developed and owned by Xinjiang Huadian Burqin Wind Power.
The project generates 120,469MWh electricity thereby offsetting 111,939t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $74.13m.

Contractors Involved
Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 units of GW 1.5/82 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
