Zhoushan Langxi Power Generation, Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group and Huakai Investment Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 42%, 40% and 18% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant.

The project cost is $202.71m.

Shanghai Turbine was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project.
