The project was developed by Goldbeck Solar.
Zietlitz Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 86 hectares.
The project generates 74,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 18,500 households, offsetting 40,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in December 2020.
Contractors Involved
Suntech Power Holdings was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 200,000 modules at the site.
The inverters were procured from SMA Solar Technology for the project.
Goldbeck Solar is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
