"The new plant has an output of nearly 16.5MW-dc, with an annual power generation capacity estimated at 31,162MWh."

SESJ developed the project in collaboration with Japanese trading company Shigemitsu Shoji and Mongolian solar power plants developer Solar Tech.

The new plant has an output of nearly 16.5MW-dc, with an annual power generation capacity estimated at 31,162MWh.

Additionally, the new solar power facility is expected to eliminate 24,836t of carbon emissions per year. The plant is expected to commence its operations in mid-September this year.

Upon commencing its operations, the new solar facility will be the first of its kind in the region.
