South and Central America T&D project tenders activity up 300% in Q3 2020

There were 28 T&D project tenders announced in the South and Central America region in Q3 2020, marking a rise of 300% over the last 12-month average of 7, according to GlobalData’s power industry tenders database.

T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the South and Central America region in Q3 2020 with 39 tenders and a 43.3% share, followed by T&D Project with 28 tenders and a 31.1% share and Power Plant with nine tenders and a 10% share during the quarter.
