T&D equipment tenders in October 2019 saw 216 tenders announced, marking a drop of 21% over the last 12-month average of 272, according to GlobalData’s power industry tenders database.

Asia-Pacific leads T&D equipment activity in October 2019

Comparing tenders activity in T&D equipment segment in different regions of the globe, Asia-Pacific held the top position with 113 tenders and a share of 52.3% during October 2019, followed by North America with 46 tenders and a 21.3% share and Middle East and Africa with 39 tenders and an 18.1% share.

Hydro is leading technology for T&D equipment tenders in October 2019
