The plant will have an annual capacity of 1.5GW and will be built between February 2011 and July 2011, according to Bloomberg.

The facility will supply wind turbines to Shanghai, Zhejiang and Guangdong, and serve the overseas markets.

The plant will produce offshore wind turbines with a unit capacity of 5MW, 6MW and 10MW.
