Description

The project is being developed by Impact Energy Asia Development. Earth Power Investment, BCPG Public and Impact Energy Asia Development are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 39.45%, 36.55% and 24% respectively.

The Sekong Wind Farm (Sekong Wind Farm_Phase I), will have 110m high towers.

The Sekong Wind Farm (Sekong Wind Farm_Phase II), will have 110m high towers.

Development status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Vietnam Electricity under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years.

Contractors involved

Sekong Wind Farm (Sekong Wind Farm_Phase I) will be equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology GW165-4.0MW turbines. The phase consists of 135 turbines with 4MW nameplate capacity.

Sekong Wind Farm (Sekong Wind Farm_Phase II) will be equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology GW155/4500kW turbines. The phase consists of 20 turbines with 4.5MW nameplate capacity.
