Four Rivers has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a 50:50 joint venture with Noble Solar Industries.

Under the terms of MoU, both the companies will develop solar facilities in the UK, the first of which is a 10MW plant to be built at Four Rivers’ 41 acre industrial site and adjacent land assets, located in Northumberland, north-east England.

The joint venture partners will work with TradeLink Solutions to provide commercial solutions for the project, in tune with UK Regulations.

The companies plan to develop part or all of the additional ten acres of the site near 4Rivers’ industrial site, and the existing sub-station infrastructure of Four River will enable the export of the power generated to the grid.
