PensionDanmark will acquire a 30% interest, while PKA will acquire a 20% interest in the wind farm.

Dong will construct the Anholt offshore wind farm and has signed a 15-year contract with PensionDanmark and PKA on operation and planned maintenance of the farm.
The contract is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2011 following approval from competition authorities and from the Danish Energy Agency covering PensionDanmark and PKA as parties to the licensing agreement for the construction and operation of the wind farm.
