GCL-Poly Energy subsidiary GCL (Nanjing) Solar Energy Technology has signed a second long-term wafer supply contract with DelSolar.

Under the contract, GCL-Poly will provide high-quality wafers to DelSolar to meet the needs of about 664MW cells from October 2010 to December 2015.

The two firms had signed the first supply contract in May 2010.

DelSolar, a subsidiary of Delta Electronics, is a solar cell and module provider, while GCL-Poly Energy is China’s largest polysilicon producer.
