US-based NAES Corp has signed a contract with Tuaspring to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the 400MW combined-cycle power plant being constructed in Singapore.
Tuaspring, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyflux, is also building the plant, which is planned provide energy to its own desalination plant located nearby.
Excess power generated by the plant will be sold to the National Electricity Market of Singapore.
