The system includes a blow-by gas flow line on the engine's head cover to discharge blow-by gas from the combustion chamber by recirculating it into the intake manifold using a pressure difference when the engine is loaded. Additionally, an intake gas supply line from a turbocharger supplies compressed intake gas to the combustion chamber through a throttle valve, with a new air supply line branching off to provide filtered air to the intake gas supply line and the crankcase, along with a new air bypass line for selective bypassing of compressed intake gas mixed with new air under pressure differences.

Furthermore, the system features a partial load line and a full load line in the blow-by gas flow line, allowing blow-by gas to flow into the intake manifold or the turbocharger based on the engine's load. The partial load line includes a pressure control valve for regulating gas flow during partial loads. Moreover, a flow rate control valve in the new air bypass line controls the bypassing of compressed intake gas mixed with new air during full loads, ensuring efficient engine performance. The system also includes components like a check valve for one-way flow of new air and is designed to work in conjunction with the engine and turbocharger for optimal functionality.
