Ludji is a 65MW hydro power project. It is planned on Tskhenistskali river/basin in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, Georgia. Ludji is a run-of-river with pondage project. The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 197 million cubic meter.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Electricity System Commercial Operator under a power purchase agreement.
