Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to SmartestEnergy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years. The contracted capacity is 42MW.

Contractors involved

Hitachi Zosen Inova was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the biopower project.

Doosan Skoda Power was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project. The company provided 1 turbine with 42MW nameplate capacity.

Covanta Holding is the O&M contractor for the project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2023, for a period of 20 years.
