The new 4.8MW Lunetta solar farm located in Ravenna, Italy, has successfully completed grid interconnection to the local utility.
The farm has been jointly developed by Linsun Renewable Energy - a subsidiary of China Technology Development Group Corporation - and a local Italian developer, after signing a participation contract in July 2011.
Linsun took part in the development, design, engineering and supply of solar panels, and also provided technical support for the installation and maintenance services.
